​On April 24, we held the seminar Challenges of Childhood in Times of the Global Syndemic, offered by Fundação José Luiz Egydio Setúbal and Instituto Comida e Cultura.

In this seminar, we reflected on:

  • How food impacts children’s health;
  • How eating habits impact children’s integral development (presenting census and research data);
  • The role of schools and educators in promoting adequate and healthy eating.
