In this publication, we have compiled the key lessons learned from the 4th edition of LUPPA, held in 2025. We present an overview of the activities carried out throughout the program, as well as the main achievements of the period, in addition to a compilation of programs, public policies, and inspiring initiatives shared by the participating cities.

In this edition, we have chosen to place special emphasis on environmental and climate issues, in light of the international and local context of the deepening climate and ecological crisis. The hosting of COP 30 in Brazil also motivated this focus, which is reflected in the Notebooks as we turn LUPPA’s magnifying glass on the experiences and initiatives of the laboratory’s cities that link food and climate.
