The “LUPPA Notebooks – Lessons Learned from the 2nd Lab” compile the key lessons learned and results from the second edition of LUPPA, held between September 2022 and July 2023. The publication details the activities, participants, and achievements of this edition, in addition to compiling programs, policies, and initiatives from the participating cities that were shared throughout the program. The material also documents the first in-person LUPPA LAB, highlighting the exchange of experiences among managers, technical teams, and advisors, as well as the challenges and solutions shared among the municipalities.
